Virtual Reality Hire Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator within our fast moving & growing company.

Virtual Reality Hire Ltd provides cutting edge technology and technical staff to the events industry worldwide. We have worked with some of the biggest companies in the world to create engagement in a variety of events by utilising technology such as Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and 4K screens.

We are looking for a confident technology enthusiast to become a member of the office and provide world class customer service to bring these amazing jobs to life.

Daily tasks for the Sales administrator will be:

  • Providing quotes to customers in a timely manner
  • Process all order
  • Check and update orders
  • Keep databases up to date and accurate
  • Updating with customers
  • Organising of delivery/collection notes
  • Liaising with the warehouse for orders/delivery
  • Regularly check that orders/deliveries have arrived and the customers are happy
  • Deal with incoming calls/queries
  • Any other administrative tasks requested by management
  • Follow up on all quotes

Skills required:

  • Experience with B2B sales
  • Fantastic customer service skills & phone manner
  • Experience with software such as Microsoft Office, specifically Word & Excel
  • Outstanding data input and other IT skills
  • A Levels or equivalent

Key features of the role: • Permanent full time role • Monday – Friday. • £8.75 per hour • Car parking on site
